Join my family and I on our next adventure at Montreal Live Steamers! 🚂🚋
This family friendly activity is fascinating and fun for kids, adults, and train enthusiasts of all ages. Located in Les Cèdres, just a 15 minute drive from Hudson and Saint-Lazare.
Since 1934, this whole production has been run by a team of passionate and humble volunteers, who have built and maintained a collection of impressive miniature trains that run off coal and steam, and some electric and propane models as well.
The team were so welcoming and took the time to explain how everything works to Ellis and Easten, who were more than excited to jump on these impressive trains that take you across a mile-long railroad!
Entry is free of charge, making it a great option for a family on a budget. There is a donation box, where you are kindly encouraged to donate what you can.
It’s a wonderful way to show appreciation for the volunteers who have poured their expertise, care, and passion into keeping these trains running for almost 90 years now!
It’s open to the public only on special calendar days, so please check Montreal Live Steamers on Youtube, Instagram and Facebook to view the next opening dates 🙂
